A few words about CoSin

CoSin (pronounced co·sine /ˈkōˌsīn/) Techology and Science is a services and solution brand-lab. CoSin works and researches, with scientific approaches, on Ai, Acoustics, Audio, Multimedia, Music, IT, Digital Control/Automation, software programming, internet streaming in order to help consumer electronics companies and professionals bring products from concept to market or innovate with new product development and ideas for new tools and services. We provide services to companies, small and larger businesses, to create state of the art teleconferencing solutions, build and setup certified listening, meeting and conferrence rooms to bring together teams and individuals, working remotely. We can design and create demo setups and rooms for promoting products and services.

For educational institutes of all levels, we can create great sounding classrooms, virtual classrooms and integrate educational tools for online courses.

For musicians, sound professionals and online social media streamers we can provide turnkey solutions for ideal studio, lab, online services (websites and streaming channels). For audiophiles, we can build custom-made listening rooms and home theaters/cinemas to optimize their listening and viewing experience.

History
CoSin was founded by Constantine Sinanas in 1986 when he needed to put a brand name on software and hardware projects he created for himself and his schoolmates (e.g. custom loudspeakers and headphones, musical instrument amplifiers, programs written in BASIC for calculating grade averages, song-list databases, FM radio transmitters, audio mixers and many more). During the last years of highschool and during the first year of his university studies as a Computer Systems engineer, he used his brand for providing audio, music technology and IT technical services as well as music and technology related services: radio production, commercial music composing and production, sound engineering, remixing and software programming for radio station applications.

During the second year of his studies and until 2007, he provided educational and technical design, audio and acoustic testing, installations, support and consulting services for technical colleges, recording studios, A/V post-production facilities, audio, electronics, IT, telecom labs, music halls, conservatories, venues and architectural acoustics contractors.

From 2007 to 2011 he dived deeper into speaker R&D, Acoustical and Electrical Simulations, New Product Development, Project Management, Process engineering, Manufacturing, Production Testing, QC, QA, Standards compliance, Critical Listening, Competitive Analysis/Research, Benchmarking in Europe, Asia and US.

From 2011 to 2022 Constantine has been a full time employee in companies such as HP, Amazon, Harman-Samsung, Synaptics, Crestron, and Meyer Sound in R&D acoustic/audio engineering/management roles supporting internal and external customers in consumer and professional audio electronics and computing.
